How long does an in-home evaluation take?

You can expect your Comfort Consultation to take approximately 60-90 minutes.

What should I expect during my in-home evaluation

Our Comfort Specialist will go over your needs and budget and offer you several options that best suit what your and your home requires.
They will also conduct a Heat Loss / Heat Gain Analysis. This analysis considers specific construction elements of your home, and is the only viable way to determine the proper size of unit required.
There is no cost, no pressure and zero obligation to move forward with anything recommended from Donaldson Home Services.

Once I’ve selected the best option for me, how soon can I get it installed?

Generally, we say between 2-3 business days. It’s also dependent
on current demand and product availability.

Do you provide any other services?

Yes, we also offer Water Heaters both for purchase and rentals.
Whole home humidifiers, and duct cleaning.
