We recommend scheduling your annual AC maintenance in early spring, before the peak summer heat. This ensures your system is ready to handle the load and allows for any necessary repairs before you’re stuck in a heatwave.
We will need access to the outside unit, as well as around the furnace. We also need access to an outdoor hose with running water. This enables us to clean the outdoor coil. If a hose is not accessible, we would need to know ahead of time, so can bring the appropriate tools.
Donaldson Home Services offers transparent, flat-rate pricing:
