The Fall 2026 Repair Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or promotional offer. This includes other seasonal promotions, equipment-specific promotions, and general service discounts. 

To qualify for the 2026 Repair Reward: 

• Your repair invoice must have been paid within the previous 12 months.
• You must provide a copy of the paid invoice or acceptable proof of payment.
• The invoice must relate to HVAC service, diagnosis, or repair work.
• The discount is calculated using the before-tax invoice amount.
• The discount cannot exceed the qualifying amount actually paid before tax.
• A one-piece purchase qualifies for a maximum discount of $500.
• A two-piece purchase qualifies for a maximum discount of $1,000.
• The maximum discount is based on what you purchase (A/C and/or Furnace), not what was previously repaired.
• The repair may have been completed by Donaldson Home Services or another legitimate contractor.
• All documentation must be reviewed before the discount is promised or applied.

To qualify for the maximum repair reward you must have a pre-tax repair bill within the last 12 months that is exactly $1,000 or exceeds $1,000 AND you must be getting a new A/C unit and furnace from Donaldson.

If you only require an upgrade to your furnace or air conditioner, then the maximum amount you can qualify for is $500, so long as your repair bill's pre-tax amount is $500 or greater.

The qualifying amount includes the complete before-tax value of the paid service invoice, including:

• Diagnostic fees
• Trip or service-call charges
• Labour
• Repair parts
• Refrigerant
• Other repair materials or charges included on the invoice
