Our experience with Donaldson has been nothing short of excellent! From beginning to end they (Derek, Nathan and 2 other gentleman whose names I missed) were helpful and professional. I explained what I was looking for. They gave me multiple quotes ranging from my basic needs to best recommendations. After deciding on the quote they were able to book the install within a week. They worked in the pouring rain to get our install completed quickly. As an operating Animal Hospital, we have times where we need to be quiet for the pet. During one of those times we asked the guys not to drill or make loud noise. They complied without any issues.
