Family-owned by Jamie and Anna Donaldson since 2013, Donaldson Home Services provides heating, air conditioning, duct cleaning, plumbing and bathroom renovations for homeowners in London, Ontario.
Donaldson Home Services is owned and operated by Jamie and Anna Donaldson.
After seeing one too many homeowners being taken advantage of by predatory business practices, false information and over-priced services, Jamie and Anna knew they wanted to do something about it.
In 2013, Jamie started making ductwork on their picnic table in the backyard. He would work from 5 a.m. to midnight if it meant helping someone be more comfortable at home. As the company grew, Jamie and Anna saw how little many families knew about how much their heating and air conditioning affects their home and health. That’s how True Care was born.
Our purpose is to keep you safe and comfortable by providing wow service and reliable brands and products, offering ongoing support programs, and helping you make informed decisions about your home comfort.
As a local family-owned business, we will always be a friend in your home!
At Donaldson Home Services, we believe in more than just fixing pipes and installing furnaces. We believe in building strong, connected communities.
We’re proud to call London and surrounding communities home, and we’re committed to giving back to the people who support us.
