Book your AC maintenance before cooling season begins. We’ll arrange a convenient service visit and let you know when your technician is on the way.

Inspect and check
Your technician will inspect the indoor and outdoor components involved in cooling your home, looking for signs of wear, damage, restricted airflow, drainage issues, or other conditions that could affect performance.
Step three
Check and test
We’ll complete the applicable cleaning and maintenance checks, including the outdoor coil, electrical components, system operation, thermostat, drainage, and cooling performance.
Step four
Review with you
Before we leave, we’ll let you know how your AC is performing and explain anything that may need attention. If we identify a repair, you’ll have the information you need to decide how you’d like to proceed.

Donaldson recommends booking in April or May, before peak summer temperatures put your cooling system under heavier demand, so any repair can be done before you’re stuck in a heatwave. Make sure your technician can reach the outdoor AC unit and the area around your furnace. We also ask for access to an outdoor hose so the outdoor coil can be cleaned; if one isn’t available, let us know before your appointment.
